Gamma Sensor Module – Cesium iodide crystal & photodiode, and a high-gain preamplifier
This 3cc Cesium Iodine Gamma Sensor Module consists of a cesium iodide crystal, a photodiode, and a high-gain preamplifier that can be used to measure X and γ radiation from 50keV to 3MeV. It features high sensitivity and an instant response time (of about a second) to a very minor change of X and γ ( 0.01 μSv/h ).

Gamma Personal Radiation Alarm – Personal alarm for exposure to ionizing radiation hazards
SemeaAlert-Gamma is designed to alert those who are concerned about accidental exposure to ionizing radiation hazards in the environment. This product features high sensitivity and an instant response time ( of about a second ) to a very minor change of X and γ ( 0.01 μSv/h ). Unlike other professional X and γ detectors, SemeaAlert -Gamma is not built with a digital display. Instead it has a large LED and buzzer that change the color and number of beeps to indicate Normal, Low-Alarm, Mid-Alarm and High-Alarm representing radiation levels. This design helps the users who lack knowledge of radiation easily understand how strong the radiation is. It is a lower cost system and is an affordable personal radiological protection device.

Mini-Gamma Sensor can be used to detect X-ray and Gamma ray with the energy from 30keV to 3MeV
This mini-Gamma sensor uses a 4x4x8mm Cesium Iodine (CsI) scintillator that is a radiation-sensitive crystal as the detection component. The compact mechanical design enables the sensor to be used in small digital devices such as smart phones, smart watches and other wearable devices used for those who are sensitive to radiation. mini-Gamma sensor can be used to detect X-ray and Gamma ray with the energy from 30keV to 3MeV.
Measurable range of X/y energy: 30keV to 3MeV
Sensitivity: 4000 pulse counts per 1µSv
Energy linearity: 1mV/keV (E<1.2 MeV)
Operating Volyage: DC 2.0V to 5.5V

Gamma (y) Ray Radiometer Diamond Detectors for Gamma (y) & X-Ray
Diamond can detect any kind of radiation that is more energetic than its bandgap of 5.5 eV, e.g., deep UV photons, x-rays, gamma rays, charged particles and neutrons with a dynamic range in energies spanning from 5.5 eV up to GeV of cosmic rays. Because of its radiation hardness it needs no frequent replacements. Its high mobility for both electrons and holes equates into a very fast response (rise time < 100 ps). It can be operated at room temperature with no need for cooling.
