Infrared filter assembly with TO cap
Electro Optical Components can supply filters or lenses mounted into metal caps vacuum proof by gluing. This will reduce efforts on the side of OEM customers and reduce the overall cost of the final products. With sophisticated gluing technology, the caps will have a rate of leakage less than 5×10-9 Pa*l/s.
All specifications can be customized to customer requirements. The IR filter specifications can also be customer specific.
