For custom arrays and matrices the number elements included depends on the application and the chosen package type. Standard TO-type packages offered by RMT Ltd. can be used. Packages with built-in thermoelectric modules (Peltier elements) provide temperature stabilisation of LED chip parameters. Use of these packages allows creation of different variations of LED arrays and matrices arrangements, some of which are presented below.
